How many tiles on a pallet

Pallet quantities vary by tile, because thickness and box count differ between ranges. The quantity and the coverage in square metres are listed on each product page, so check before ordering rather than assuming a standard pallet.

Work out your area first, add ten per cent for cutting at the perimeter and for breakages, then match that against the pallet coverage. If the job falls between pallet sizes, call us and we will work out whether a pallet plus loose boxes is cheaper than rounding up.

Delivery and access

Pallets are delivered by kerbside dropoff on a tail lift vehicle. The driver will bring the pallet to the edge of the road or the entrance to the site, not inside the building or up a driveway.

You will need someone on site to take delivery and somewhere dry to store the tiles. Mineral tiles absorb moisture and will sag if left in the open or in an unheated space over winter.

If access is tight, a narrow lane or a restricted delivery window, tell us when you order so we can flag it with the carrier.
